Required documentation
- Most recent 2 Years Tax Returns
- Most recent 2 Years W2s and 1099s
- Most recent 30 days pay stubs
- Most recent 2 months bank statements
- Most recent retirement statements (401K, IRA, Mutual Funds, etc.)
- Copy of photo ID & Social Security Card
- If Divorced, a fully executed divorce decree
- If you have declared bankruptcy in the past 7 years, a copy of bankruptcy discharge
- If you are a Veteran, a copy of DD214 or Statement of Service
- If you are currently renting, 12 months cancelled checks to landlord
