Red Hills Mortgage is located in The Pearl District of Portland, OR. We are approved to lend in OR, WA, ID and CA with more states to come soon. We are Broker/Banker which allows us to fund loans under our own name. Our focus is in originating single family residential mortgages including VA, FHA, USDA and conforming products. Our staff has a wide range of experience in the real estate industry to draw from. We believe in an open teamwork oriented approach to the business. Loan Originator
Red Hills Mortgage is looking to add experienced loan originators to our growing team. Potential candidates will be responsible for developing and closing home loans through self-generate opportunities. Candidates should be experienced in conforming, FHA, and VA mortgage origination.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years experience proven sales experience
• Minimum 2 years mortgage related experience
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Current knowledge of all local, state and federal mortgage laws and regulations
• Must possess a valid Mortgage Originator License for the states that you wish to originate in.
• Bi-Lingual is a plus
